Short version: Champion Budget does not collect your data. Nothing you enter is ever sent to us.
Nothing. Champion Budget has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any bank or card credentials.
The transactions, budgets, categories, savings goals and settings you create are stored only on your own device. They are never transmitted to us, because the app has no server to send them to.
Your device's own backup — iCloud on iPhone, Google backup on Android — may include this data, encrypted, in your own cloud account. That backup is yours, not ours, and we have no access to it. You can turn it off in your device settings. If you delete the app and have no backup, the data is deleted with it.
Voice entry is available on iPhone and iPad, where speech is recognized on your device and the audio is never uploaded.
It is not available on Android. Android's system speech recognition sends audio to Google's servers, and we will not ship a feature that breaks the promise above.
You can export your transactions and goals as CSV files. When you do, the file is handed to your device's own share sheet so you can send it wherever you choose. That action is entirely under your control; the app does not send it anywhere on its own.
Champion Budget does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "Last updated" date.
